Window tint liability waiver notice
1. Front Windshield Window Tint Liability Waiver:
By booking or authorizing window tint installation on the front windshield, the customer acknowledges and agrees that ZERO2MUSCLE PROTECTION LLC is not responsible or liable for any citations, warnings, fines, or penalties issued by law enforcement related to front‑windshield tint. The customer understands that although the film installed is 70% VLT. Texas law does not permit any aftermarket window tint on the front windshield, and installation may result in enforcement action. The customer accepts full responsibility for compliance with all applicable state and local tint laws after installation.
2. Rear Glass Tint Removal Liability Waiver:
By booking or authorizing rear glass tint removal, the customer acknowledges and agrees that ZERO2MUSCLE PROTECTION LLC will perform the service with professional care, trained technicians, and industry‑standard best practices. Our technician will do everything reasonably within their ability to avoid damage to the rear defroster lines; however, conditions vary by vehicle, and there is an inherent risk of damage during tint removal.
The customer understands and accepts that:
Rear defroster grids are fragile and may lift, separate, scratch, or become non‑functional during tint removal, even when performed correctly. ZERO2MUSCLE PROTECTION LLC and its technicians are not liable for any damage to defroster lines, glass, wiring, or electrical components resulting from the removal process. Variations in vehicle age, prior tint installation quality, adhesive type, heat exposure, and glass condition can increase the likelihood of damage. Proceeding with tint removal constitutes acceptance of this risk and acknowledgment that the technician will perform the service to the best of their ability but cannot guarantee preservation of the defroster lines. By completing the booking, the customer agrees to all terms listed above and assumes full responsibility for any mechanical or electrical outcomes related to rear‑glass tint removal.
3. Window Tint Removal Requirement & Deposit Policy for Online Bookings:
By booking any window tint service online, the customer acknowledges and agrees that ZERO2MUSCLE PROTECTION LLC will inspect the vehicle upon arrival to verify that no existing window film is present on any glass prior to installation.
If existing window tint is found on any glass, and removal is required before new film can be installed:
• The customer agrees to be charged the applicable Window Tint Removal Service Fee based on the vehicle’s condition.
• Tint removal must be completed before installation of new film can begin.
If the customer declines the required tint‑removal service at the time of the appointment and chooses not to proceed with the scheduled window tint installation:
• ZERO2MUSCLE PROTECTION LLC reserves the right to retain 25% of the booking deposit as a non‑refundable fee.
• This fee covers technician labor costs, time reserved, and materials prepared specifically for the customer’s appointment.
By completing the booking, the customer acknowledges these terms and understands that failure to select Tint Removal during online booking does not exempt them from removal charges if existing tint is discovered during inspection.
