This deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to reserve technician time, premium materials, and facility resources exclusively for you. ⏳ Cancellation Terms - Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. - This policy ensures fairness to our team and other clients awaiting service. 🌧️ Weather-Related Exceptions - If inclement weather prevents safe or effective service delivery, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. - You will be offered a new date and time that aligns with your availability and our technician schedule. 🔹 Post-Service Responsibility Disclosure We take pride in delivering every vehicle with care and precision. Once your vehicle has been inspected and returned to you, any concerns must be raised before leaving our facility. After departure, Zero2Muscle Protection LLC is no longer responsible for the condition of the vehicle, as we cannot verify changes that may occur outside our care. We appreciate your understanding and encourage a thorough walkaround before release. 🔹 Warranty Review & Limitations Warranty-related concerns for Paint Protection Film (PPF), Window Tinting, and Ceramic Coating services will be reviewed through our intake and inspection process. If the issue falls within the scope of the original warranty and proper care instructions were followed, we will take all necessary steps to correct it. However, if the concern is determined to be the result of personal damage, misuse, or failure to follow post-service care guidelines, Zero2Muscle Protection LLC reserves the right to decline warranty coverage. In such cases, we’ll gladly assist with a full-service quote to restore the affected area to our standard of excellence.
